Karoro Learning is situated on spacious grounds just minutes from the Greymouth town centre, next to Dixon Park. Plenty of off-road parking is available on site for guests.
Most of our rooms have ceiling mounted data projectors and wireless internet by arrangement. Portable projectors and a laptop can also be booked if required.
Tea and coffee facilities are available.
Rooms
Conference and Meeting Room
An affordable room that is great for larger meetings. It seats 30 – 50 people and features a ceiling mounted data projector, computer speakers and wireless internet so you can turn up and go.
Conferencing with a high quality Conference phone and/or Skype through the projector may also possible by prior arrangement.
Karaka – For smaller meetings and training sessions
Classroom available for smaller groups, seats up to 20 people and also has a mounted data projector.
Hall
Our hall is often used for dance and exercise classes. It has a small kitchen attached and toilet facilities.
Computer Suite
A computer suite with 20 PCs is also available for hire.
Current Rates Schedule
Rooms: All rooms are currently charged at $15 per hour up to a maximum of $100 per day. If the computers are hired in the computer suite then the charge is $30/hour, this includes room and computers. A setup fee for user accounts will also apply.
Data Projectors: Ceiling-mounted Data Projectors are currently charged at $10 per hour of projection. ($10 minimum)
Tea/Coffee: Tea & Coffee facilities available at a charge of 50 cents per cup. (Minimum charge of $15)
Laptop: A laptop can be booked if required. This is charged at $10 per hour. (Minimum charge of $10)
Wireless Internet: Is available for an extra fee, which varies depending on your requirements.
